Is our Primary Teacher/Intervention Teacher at Oasis Academy Benson, the role for you? You’ll be joining us at Oasis, a large established Trust of 55 Academies but we're MORE than a MAT. We're here to support our communities and to address those barriers to education for our students. For this role to be right you'll be someone who wants to join us on our journey and ultimately wants to get the best for our communities. There's been a lot of changes at Oasis Benson since the beginning of 2025 and whoever comes into the role will want to support us in the changes that are being made! About our Primary Teacher vacancy: We are looking for a teacher to come join us on a 1 year fixed term contract initially. This vacancy will support in KS2 in year 6 and it's a great role! Firstly you'll support our year 6 teacher who is one of our Senior Leadership team. You'll be there to teach the class during their leadership time. Outside of this you'll support the class by team teaching and also working as an intervention teacher across KS2. This is something we're doing more of to ensure our students get the best support. This is a primary teacher vacancy though so we do or may move things around to support our staff in their development and to best support our students.

We have some excellent facilities and space and blend a traditional Victorian build with modern classrooms and space. There's lots of outside space that is utilised by our students and parents for events such as sports days and summer fayres.
