At Oasis Academy Arena, we are looking for a dedicated Teacher of English to join our team in South Norwood. You’ll possess energy, enthusiasm and desire to inspire a love of English. You will be responsible for delivering English lessons in line with relevant curriculum requirements, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning are maintained, whilst collaborating with the wider English faculty to sustain and raise class achievement to an outstanding level.

The right candidate will have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree-level qualification
  • Experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4
  • Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum
  • Excellent classroom management and behaviour strategies
