About Oase
Oase is a global leader in premium water technology, with products spanning Pond & Water Garden, Aquarium, BiOrb, Fountain Technology, and Water Technology. We sell direct to consumers and through trade partners across Europe, the US, and beyond, and our digital marketing function sits at the centre of how we grow.
Role Overview
This is a hands‑on, learn‑by‑doing role for someone early in their digital marketing career who wants real exposure across channels, agencies, platforms, and markets, not just one narrow lane. You will be the operational connective tissue between Oase's global marketing team, our digital agencies, and our Amazon leads. That means keeping campaigns moving, stakeholders informed, and nothing falling through the cracks. It is a coordinator and executor role today, with clear growth towards ownership as you develop. If you are the kind of person who opens a brief and immediately starts thinking about what needs to happen next, who to loop in, and what might go wrong, this role is for you.
What You'll Actually Do
- Campaign Coordination & Execution: Support campaign setup, trafficking, QA, and launch coordination across paid search, paid social, display, and email. Act as the day‑to‑day liaison between internal marketing teams and external digital agencies, chasing assets, flagging delays, keeping timelines honest. Work closely with Oase's Amazon leads to coordinate content, promotions, and campaign activity across marketplaces. Maintain and update campaign trackers, briefing documents, and project plans so everyone always knows the current status.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking: Build and maintain regular performance reports across Google, Meta, Amazon, and email channels. Track KPIs, spot anomalies, and flag issues before they become problems. Translate data into clear, plain‑English summaries that non‑technical stakeholders can act on. Support the Digital Marketing Lead in preparing presentations for internal reviews and agency briefings.
- AI‑Assisted Workflows: Use AI tools to improve the speed and consistency of reporting, copywriting support, briefing, and content QA. Help build repeatable templates and processes that make the team more efficient over time. Apply good judgment to AI outputs, you are the quality check, not just the prompt writer.
- Stakeholder & Agency Management: Coordinate across regional marketing teams, creative agencies, media agencies, and platform partners. Keep meetings structured, actions documented, and follow‑ups timely. Flag blockers early and escalate clearly when something needs a decision above your level.
What We're Looking For
- Must‑Have: 1–2 years of experience in a digital marketing, agency, or marketing coordinator role, internships and placements count. Working knowledge of at least one major paid platform (Google Ads or Meta Ads), you don’t need to be an expert, but you need to understand how campaigns are structured. Strong organizational skills and genuine attention to detail, you are the person who notices the typo, the broken link, and the missing UTM. Clear written communication: you can write a concise agency brief, a status update, and a data summary without needing heavy editing. Comfortable working with data in spreadsheets, pivot tables, basic formulas, building a clean report from a data export. Also able to work in PowerPoint or similar. A proactive, can‑do attitude, you ask good questions, follow through on actions, and don’t wait to be chased.
- Nice to Have: Exposure to Amazon Ads or Seller/Vendor Central. Experience working with or inside a digital marketing agency. Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Notion, or similar). Any experience with AI tools applied to marketing workflows. Interest in or affinity for OASE's product categories, water gardening, aquariums, outdoor living.
What You'll Get
A genuinely broad role with exposure to global campaigns, multiple channels, and real agency relationships from day one. Close mentorship from Senior level marketing leads. A fast‑moving, international team working across markets in Europe, US, UK, Australia, and beyond. Room to grow, this role is designed to develop into channel ownership or a senior associate position.
