Configuration Manager - Contract

Independent Contractor is required to operate as a business entity (company/sole proprietorship) to enter into a Consulting Contract with OANDA. Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager is required to work alongside OANDA family brands to improve the conversion rate and overall performance of the macro- and micro- KPIs sat within the Creative team. As a Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager, you will be responsible for the lifecycle of key optimisation programmes, including experimentation strategy, personalisation, tracking and customer activation in a fast-growth environment. Working closely with our CRO programme partners – external agency, Analytics, Strategy Insight, Marketing, Content and Design, Product teams, you’ll be driving the best practise to support the evolution of test-and-learn experimental programme. Drive A/B and multivariate testing strategies, leveraging data insights to optimise user experiences, reduce friction and accelerate conversion growth. Advanced knowledge of the user experience, user interaction, user behaviour, conversion funnels, and key performance indicators to identify data-driven trends, optimisation opportunities, and areas for user journeys’ improvement. Proven track record of hands-on experience covering the full end-to-end process from test configuration, quality assurance, activation to analysis with the techniques such as A/B/n, MVT, statistical analysis. Intermediate knowledge of web tracking, HTML, CSS, and Javascript. Advanced Onetrust cookie consent management practical knowledge. Advanced knowledge of Javascript. Analytics platform hands-on experience Tableau, Adjust, Amplitude, Zuko.
