Join us!The Head of Compliance & Deputy MLROholds overall responsibility for identifying, monitoring, and managing key regulatory risks across OANDA Europe Limited.
Reporting to the Global Head of Compliance, this role serves as a primary liaison with regulatory authorities (e. g., FCA), ensures systems and internal controls remain fit for purpose, and supports the anti-money laundering (AML) framework while enabling commercial growth.
In this role, you will: Governance & Leadership: Serve as an active member of the Risk Committee and Management Committee.
Provide senior regulatory expertise, manage conflicts of interest, and lead, mentor, and develop the local compliance team.

Regulatory Liaison & Horizon

Control Framework & Risk
