Hello CRM Experts! Joining us you will be a part of a global Marketing Team and you will report in the Head of CRM in London. This isn't a role for a passenger. We are looking for an A-player - someone who doesn't just execute tasks but takes the lead, challenges the status quo, and builds world-class regional and global ecosystems.

You will be the architect of the Client lifecycle, using data to build sophisticated, multi-channel journeys, and in-life campaigns that drive impact on a global scale. We work in a hybrid model - we would love to meet you in the office 3 times a week with respect to your own commitments.

In this role, you will:

  • Design, execute, and optimise lifecycle and in-life campaigns to drive conversions across the Client’s life stages.
  • Act as a central pillar of the organisation; you will work cross-collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, Client Experience, Data, and Product Teams to align CRM efforts with broader business goals.
  • Create clear, concise briefs that inspire our Creative and Content Teams.
  • Evaluate current workflows, confidently challenge existing processes, and suggest/implement new ways of working to drive efficiency.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of marketing compliance and execute every campaign with absolute excellence and attention to detail.
  • Analyse data, report on KPIs, and present your results and roadmap in team meetings and to wider stakeholders.

What skillset do you need to be successful in this role?

  • Min. 7 years of hands-on experience, but impact matters more than years.
  • Proven track record in multi-channel strategy (Email, Push, In-App, SMS).
  • Strong experience with CRM orchestration platforms - Optimove experience essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to take the initiative, lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking with a "perfectionist" approach to execution and compliance.
  • Passion for the Client experience and dedication to creating impactful, relevant journeys.

Nice to have:

  • Working experience in FinTech, trading sector, or highly regulated global industries.

Your perspective matters. We encourage you to apply even if you are hesitant about meeting every single qualification. We are excited to see what you can bring to the team!
