You will be joining our Marketing Team, which is primarily based in the UK and Poland. As Head of Campaigns, you will report directly to Global Head of Performance Marketing as a bridge the gap between business leaders and the media buying team, coordinating exactly what and how we advertise across OANDA’s core regions. You will manage a team of regional marketing leads to drive go-to-market strategies and ensure our global campaign calendars are executed seamlessly.

We work in a hybrid model - we would love to meet you in the London office from time to time with respect to your own commitments.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop a compelling marketing strategy based on deep customer and market behaviour analysis.
  • Cooperate with Data and Insights Teams to develop data-led stories and communications.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Team to clearly state requirements and serve as a valuable partner in campaign ideation and execution.
  • Define and select target audiences, matching client needs with unique value propositions and selling points.
  • Design cross-channel media strategies in collaboration with the Media Buying Team.
  • Manage relationships with key external stakeholders, including portals, agencies, and media partners.
  • Oversee the testing and constant optimisation of campaigns to ensure efficiency and performance.
  • Report on both top-of-funnel and bottom-of-funnel metrics to the Global Head of Performance Marketing.

Min. 5 years of experience in agency or Client-side roles in managing budgets successfully and delivering growth.

Proficiency in cross-channel media campaigns.

Full understanding of mar-tech ecosystems, reporting frameworks, and attribution challenges and measurement techniques for both digital and non-digital ad spend.

Leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating a team of direct reports.

Commercial focus with a deep passion for marketing and a Client-obsessed mindset.

Fluent English.
