We are now recruiting for a Timber Frame Panel Maker to join our dedicated workshop team, engineering and producing high-quality panels that provide the structural framework of our timber frame buildings.
In addition to this, as our Timber Frame Panel Maker you will be responsible for:
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Selecting and preparing materials.
- Processing and assembling timber components to exact specifications.
- Performing systematic quality inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
- Collaborating with team members to meet project goals.
- Maintaining a clean, safe working environment.
In order to be successful in this role you must have / be:
- Previous experience in timber framing, carpentry, or similar trades (preferred but not essential).
- Confident using hand and power tools.
- Skilled in reading technical drawings
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to high-quality work.
- Physically fit, well-organised, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
- Positive attitude with a solution-focused mindset.
