Salary: Competitive, DOE + Excellent Benefits

Contract & Hours: Full time, Permanent (45 hours per week)

We are now recruiting for a Timber Frame Panel Maker to craft and assemble softwood timber panels to exacting standards. You will work hands-on with quality materials, interpreting technical drawings and contributing to the production of bespoke structures built to last.

As our Timber Frame Panel Maker you will be responsible for:

  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings
  • Selecting, preparing, cutting, shaping and assembling softwood components
  • Using hand and power tools with accuracy and care
  • Working collaboratively with other team members
  • Maintaining a tidy, safe working environment and follow all safety procedures
  • Remaining flexible within a fast-paced production setting

In order to be successful in this role you should have:

  • Experience as a Timber Framer or similar role (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of carpentry techniques and materials
  • Confident using hand and power tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Physically fit with good manual handling ability
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Self-motivated and committed to producing high-quality work
