At TJ Crump Oakwrights, we create stunning oak-framed homes and bespoke structures - crafted with skill, pride and attention to detail. We're a family-owned business with a strong reputation and a growing team who share a passion for quality.
Right now, we're looking for someone practical, motivated and hands-on to join our production team and help build the timber frame panels that form the backbone of our iconic builds. If you enjoy working with wood, take pride in doing things well, and like seeing a finished product you played a part in creating, this could be the ideal role for you!
As part of our panel production team, your role will include:
- Interpreting drawings and specifications to produce accurate timber panels
- Working alongside experienced colleagues to complete bespoke projects
- Adapting to changing priorities within a busy production environment
You don't need to be a master carpenter but you do need practical ability, a good attitude and a willingness to learn.
Experience in carpentry, joinery, timber framing or similar hands-on roles
Confidence using workshop tools and equipment
Strong attention to detail and quality
Good physical fitness and safe manual-handling habits
If you've worked in construction, manufacturing, fabrication or any practical environment you may be a great fit.
