Who We're Looking For You may already be an experienced designer, or you may have developed your expertise through hands-on work in: * Timber frame construction * Oak frame construction * Steel fabrication * CNC manufacturing * Design offices * Workshops * Site construction Ideally, you'll bring: * Significant industry experience * A strong understanding of how structures are designed, manufactured and assembled * Excellent technical and problem-solving skills * A practical mindset with an eye for detail * A passion for creating high-quality, buildable solutions A degree is not essential.
