We are seeking a Regional Team Leader / Lead Installer to join our growing team and support projects across Bedford, Northampton, Cambridge, Milton Keynes, London and surrounding areas.

About the Regional Construction Team Leader Role This is a site-based position where you'll take responsibility for delivering specialist airtightness installations across a variety of construction projects.
You'll lead projects from arrival on site through to completion, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. While most projects are based within the region, you must be willing to stay away when required, typically up to three nights per week. This role would particularly suit someone with strong construction experience, especially an air tester looking to move into a more practical and hands-on building performance role.
