We are looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Project Coordinator to join our growing glazing team in Hereford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing technical coordination, client communication and project management while working as part of a supportive and highly experienced team.

As our Project Coordinator, you will oversee projects from Sales Handover through to FaceGlazing completion on site, ensuring everything runs smoothly for both our clients and project teams. You will act as the key point of contact throughout the customer journey, coordinating joinery packages, managing budgets, liaising with suppliers and supporting the delivery of FaceGlazing installations.

This is a varied role that combines project management, administration, technical understanding and relationship building. No two days are the same.

As our Project Coordinator you will:

  • Coordinate glazing projects from Sales Handover through to FaceGlazing completion.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing ongoing communication and technical support.
  • Prepare joinery schedules, place orders and ensure all specifications meet client requirements and building regulations.

  • Liaise with joinery suppliers, production teams, project teams and site installers to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Monitor project budgets, raise invoices and ensure payments remain up to date.
  • Maintain accurate project records and keep all stakeholders informed of progress and key updates.
  • Support project planning and scheduling to ensure delivery targets are achieved.
  • Contribute to stock control, materials management, timesheet administration and other departmental duties.
  • Stay up to date with building regulations, products and industry developments, sharing knowledge with the wider team.
  • Provide regular project updates to the Senior Project Manager and support site activities when required.

About You

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, solutions-focused and enjoys working with both customers and colleagues. Ideally You'll Have:

  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Confidence managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Experience working with budgets, quotations or project costs.
  • Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to administration.
  • The ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external suppliers.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution.
  • Experience in glazing, joinery, construction or the built environment would be advantageous, but is not essential.
