Aeroseal UK is seeking a Regional Construction Team Leader / Lead Installer to drive specialist airtightness installations across multiple projects in the Bedford, Northampton, Cambridge region and beyond. You will lead on-site delivery, ensure safety and quality, and stay away as needed.
Ideal candidates have construction site experience, a valid UK driving licence, and CSCS Green Card, with a willingness to stay away up to three nights weekly and strong hands-on leadership abilities.
