Responsibilities
- Helping patients with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Supporting patients with mobility (walking, moving, using hoists)
- Taking basic observations (temperature, pulse, blood pressure)
- Helping patients eat and drink
- Making beds and keeping patient areas clean and tidy
- Assisting nurses and doctors during care procedures
- Monitoring patients and reporting concerns to nursing staff
