Our highly regarded North Leeds firm is looking for a Paralegal to join the Scotland team. We are passionate about providing our clients with the best possible legal advice and representation. We have a strong track record of success in personal injury cases, and we are committed to helping our clients get the compensation they deserve.
Key Tasks:
- Vetting New Enquiries
- Discussing and agreeing case tactics and planning with the Team Leader
- Supporting the case leader in case management and progression
- Instructing experts
- Compiling statements
- Compiling Letter of Claims
- Instructing counsel
- Attending conferences
- Assisting with litigation
- Participating in ADR
- Assisting with departmental development
- Assisting with website development
- Compiling case studies and articles for publication
- General administration duties required on files
- Any other tasks required by the Case leader
