Our highly regarded North Leeds firm is looking for a Paralegal to join the Scotland team. We are passionate about providing our clients with the best possible legal advice and representation. We have a strong track record of success in personal injury cases, and we are committed to helping our clients get the compensation they deserve.

Key Tasks:

  • Vetting New Enquiries
  • Discussing and agreeing case tactics and planning with the Team Leader
  • Supporting the case leader in case management and progression
  • Instructing experts
  • Compiling statements
  • Compiling Letter of Claims
  • Instructing counsel
  • Attending conferences
  • Assisting with litigation
  • Participating in ADR
  • Assisting with departmental development
  • Assisting with website development
  • Compiling case studies and articles for publication
  • General administration duties required on files
  • Any other tasks required by the Case leader

Excellent drafting and attention to detail. Proclaim knowledge would be an advantage. Strong customer care and communication skills. Excellent organisation skills and time management. Strong ability to work well under pressure.
