We are looking for a motivated and experienced Scottish Solicitor to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Scottish law, the Personal Injury process, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Advising clients on their legal rights and options following a personal injury
- Preparing and managing claims on behalf of clients
- Negotiating settlements with insurers
- Representing clients in court
Qualifications and Experience
- Qualified Scottish solicitor
- 2+ years experience in personal injury law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Skills
- Experience in Scottish Personal Injury law, inclusive of RTA, Credit Hire, EL and Clinical negligence
- Good understanding of credit/debt hire controls
- Proficient use of Proclaim
