Oakwood School Horley is seeking two committed, resilient Behaviour Support Officers to join our pastoral team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a calm, safe and purposeful learning environment where every student can thrive.

Working with the Behaviour Manager and teaching staff, you will supervise students, support behaviour interventions and support restorative approaches. The post is a two-year fixed-term contract ending on 31 August 2028, with the possibility of permanency
