Oakwood School is seeking a full-time Year Group Leader starting in January 2027. The person appointed to this role will teach their specialist subject alongside this leadership responsibility.
Applicants with specialisms in Maths or English would be preferable.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an inspiring and compassionate leader with a genuine passion for supporting young people. As a Year Group Leader, your key responsibilities will be: supporting student progress and academic achievement; overseeing the provision of effective pastoral care; leading and managing the year Tutor Team, and maintaining the school’s ethos, vision and values. You will work within a strong and successful team of four other Year Group Leaders with a strong, supportive pastoral team.
