Oakwood School is seeking a Behaviour Manager to lead the operational delivery of our behaviour systems and interventions, ensuring consistent application and effective support for students requiring additional help.
Reporting to the Assistant Headteacher β Behaviour and supervising Behaviour Support Officers, you will coordinate interventions, investigations and liaise with families to improve conduct and outcomes; 39 weeks a year, term-time hours, fixed-term for two years.
