We’re looking for an enthusiastic estate agent to join and develop with a young forward thinking independent Estate Agent. Oakwood Estates are expanding on existing talents and are now searching for an experienced individual to spearhead our Maidenhead, Burnham, Langley and Datchet offices.
They will have the necessary attributes to be a champion of Residential Property Lettings and Listings in the area. You should have previous experience in Estate Agency and must genuinely like dealing with people in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service. You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity.
Job Description
Experience self-motivated senior lettings manager is required to head the Lettings region and take responsibility for all the rental teams spread across the 4 locations. Responsible for building up and maintaining business with the goal to recruit more members as the division grows.
Core Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and manage, area managers, lettings managers, negotiators, and administrative teams to hit revenue and conversion targets.
- Portfolio & Business Growth: Drive new landlord instructions, market share expansion, and rental income across all branches in the territory.
- Performance & Financial Management: Monitor branch pipeline, set regional targets, review KPI metrics (such as void periods, arrears, and conversion rates), and implement corrective action plans.
- Compliance & Legislation: Ensure all managed properties and branch operations strictly adhere to current UK lettings and health & safety legislation (including Gas Safety, EICRs, EPCs, smoke/CO alarms, and deposit protection schemes).
- High-Value Relationship Management: Handle escalations, build relationships with key corporate clients or large portfolio landlords, and conduct high-level property valuations.
- Strategy Implementation: Translate corporate objectives from senior leadership/directors into local branch strategies and run regular performance reviews.
Experience / Qualifications:
- 10 years plus experience in the Estate Agency industry
- Previous listing experience, preferably within the area

Monday to Friday – 9am to 6pm
Rotational Saturdays
