Set up in 2008, this dynamic company has grown to 9 leading branches located across Berkshire & Buckinghamshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fresh and progressive company with high reaching ambitions. We’re looking for an enthusiastic manager to join and develop with a forward-thinking independent Estate Agency. Oakwood Estates are expanding on existing talents and are now searching for an experienced self-motivated individual.

You should have previous experience in Estate Agency and must genuinely like dealing with people in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service. You will need drive and determination to succeed in making each branch the leading sales outfit within their relevant areas.

Key objectives:

  • Mentor and meet with all team members on a weekly basis
  • Generate potential valuation appointments for each branch
  • Win new instructions
  • Engineering the touting system
  • Listing and selling properties together with ancillary services
  • Follow-up business leads
  • Achieve minimum levels of business targets

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be target orientated with a proven track record of achievement
  • Be enthusiastic and motivated at all times
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be highly organized
  • Have the ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships
  • Display high standards of service and presentation

Experience / Qualifications:

  • 5 years plus experience in the Estate Agency industry
  • Previous listing experience, preferably within the area

Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday – 9am to 6pm
  • Friday 9am to 5pm
  • Rotational Saturdays
  • 28 days paid holiday in each year inclusive of the normal 8 bank and statutory holidays
