Oakwood Estates Ltd Join our fast‑growing, independent estate agency as a Sales Manager in the Burnham Branch. You will lead a high‑performing sales team, drive business targets, and deliver outstanding service to clients.

• £30,000 basic salary, car allowance, with an OTE of £65,000
• Weekly and periodic valuation and activity bonuses available
• Highly incentivised role in a successful office
• Managing and leading our sales team

Key Objectives

• Generate potential valuation appointments
• Win new instructions
• Engineer the touting system
• List and sell properties together with ancillary services
• Follow up business leads
• Achieve minimum levels of business targets

• Target‑oriented with a proven track record of achievement
• Enthusiastic and motivated at all times
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised
• Ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships
• Displays high standards of service and presentation
