Join Oakwood Estates Ltd as a Lettings Negotiator. Founded in 2008, Oakwood Estates has grown to 9 leading branches and is the fastest-growing estate agency in the local area. We seek a hungry and determined individual to perform an upfront lettings role and convert viewings into deals. Salary Expectations: £30,000 per annum.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic estate agent to join and develop with a young forward-thinking independent Estate Agent. Oakwood Estates are expanding on existing talents and are now searching for an experienced Lettings Representative to take up the position as Lettings Negotiator. The successful applicant will need to be well-presented and well-spoken with a full driving licence and knowledge of the local area. With strong incentives for hitting targets, the candidate must be ambitious and driven to succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Registering applicants
- Booking and conducting viewings
- Provide written and verbal viewing feedback to landlords
- Build rapport with landlords
- Negotiate and put forward offers by written and verbal means
- Run the touting system in a quick efficient manner
- Update the landlord directory with new leads
- Call through the landlord directory and try to secure valuations
- Match properties and undertake call rounds
- Devising marketing material and assist in marketing campaigns
- Keep the shop window updated
- Book valuations
