We’re looking for an enthusiastic estate agent to join and develop with a young forward‑thinking independent Estate Agent. Oakwood Estates are expanding on existing talents and are now searching for an experienced Sales Representative to take up the position of Senior Sales Negotiator. Oakwood Estates are the fastest growing estate agency in the local area. Set up in 2008, this dynamic company has grown to 8 leading branches. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fresh and progressive company with high reaching ambitions.

The ideal candidate will have the necessary attributes to be a champion of Residential Property Sales and in particular negotiations. You should have at least 2 years previous experience in Estate Agency and must genuinely like dealing with people in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service. You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity.

Key Objectives

  • Generate potential valuation appointments
  • Conduct viewings and drawing offers
  • Engineering the touting system
  • Listing and selling properties together with ancillary services
  • Follow‑up business leads
  • Managing the Sales Progression process to exchange of contracts

Hours

Monday to Friday – 9am to 6.00pm, 1 out of 2 Saturdays, 28 days paid holiday in each year inclusive of the normal 8 bank and statutory holidays.

Location: Datchet Branch. Basic OTE: £25k; £42,000 with weekly and periodic valuation and activity bonuses on offer.
