We’re looking for an enthusiastic manager to join and develop with a forward thinking independent Estate Agency.
Oakwood Estates are expanding on existing talents and are now searching for an experienced self-motivated individual.
You should have previous experience in Estate Agency and must genuinely like dealing with people in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service.
You will need drive and determination to succeed in making each branch the leading sales outfit within their relevant areas.
- Key Objectives
- Mentor and meet with all team members on a weekly basis
- Generate potential valuation appointments for each branch
- Win new instructions
- Engineering the touting system
- Listing and selling properties together with ancillary services
- Follow-up business leads
- Achieve minimum levels of business targets
- The Ideal Candidate Will
- Be target orientated with a proven track record of achievement
- Be enthusiastic and motivated at all times
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be highly organized
- Have the ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships

Experience / Qualifications
- 5 years plus experience in the Estate Agency industry
- Previous listing experience, preferably within the area
