What you’ll be doing
- Managing the full 360° recruitment lifecycle, from winning new business to placing top-tier tech professionals
- Building lasting relationships with visionary founders, hiring managers, and senior candidates in the start-up and scale-up space
- Becoming a genuine market expert dedicated to the Dutch or USA tech ecosystems (across Perm or Contract/Freelance)
- Running your desk like your own business, backed by strategic support and a premium tech stack
- Taking full control of your earning potential through consistent, high-value billing
