About the Role: We are seeking a hands‑on, revenue‑driving professional who understands the mechanics of agency new business. You will identify, qualify, and convert opportunities across our core digital services. You will work closely with senior digital and delivery teams to bring high‑quality opportunities through the door. This role is ideal for an individual with a proven track record in a digital or advertising agency who wants to make a measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate opportunities for Digital Services (Paid Digital, SEO, Web Design, and Email Marketing).
  • Full Sales Cycle: Manage prospecting, discovery, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with Marketing Directors, Heads of Digital, and MDs.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal specialists to shape commercially viable solutions.
  • Representation: Attend networking and industry events to represent the agency.
  • Performance: Deliver against monthly/quarterly revenue targets and provide accurate forecasting.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven commercial/new business experience within a digital or advertising agency.
  • Strong technical understanding of digital marketing services (Paid Media, SEO, Web, Email).
  • Demonstrable track record of closing new business and growing revenue.
  • A self‑starter who operates with autonomy and momentum.
  • Experience selling multi‑service digital retainers or large‑scale website projects.
  • An existing network of marketing decision‑makers.
  • Experience working with mid‑market or multi‑location brands.
