We’re partnering with a growing organisation looking for a Frontend Lead to take ownership of a large-scale digital platform and lead a small frontend engineering team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll help shape frontend architecture, mentor developers, and deliver high-quality user experiences across modern web applications.

- AWS / Docker / CI/CD
What They’re Looking For:
- Strong commercial experience with React, Next.js, and modern frontend architecture
- Experience leading or mentoring developers
- Background building and scaling complex web applications
- Strong collaboration skills across engineering, UX, QA, and business teams
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
