A SaaS consultancy specializing in data management helps clients meet their obligations in various regulatory areas. We offer software-based services to assist clients, their partners, and our team in managing data, calculating requirements, and submitting information to different regulatory bodies. We are growing our IT team and seeking individuals passionate about building software. We are looking for a professional to support the ongoing development of our compliance software platform. You will work directly with leadership, product owners, developers, and data operations to define, describe, and test new features. The successful candidate will have experience with software development projects using an agile approach.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with leadership to:
- Design and document new functionality requirements.
- Assess and document impacts on clients from changes or new features.
- Provide "as is" and "to be" process maps.
- Maintain logs for risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
- Working with the software development team to:
- Detail requirements as user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain the backlog.
- Support the testing of new features (e.g., developing automated tests, conducting manual tests, preparing test data).

- Several years of business analysis experience on agile software projects.
- Some formal training in business analysis and project-related activities.
