We’re partnering with a growing organisation looking for a Frontend Lead to take ownership of a large-scale digital platform and lead a small frontend engineering team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll help shape frontend architecture, mentor developers, and deliver high-quality user experiences across modern web applications.

Strong commercial experience with React, Next.js, and modern frontend architecture. Experience leading or mentoring developers. Background building and scaling complex web applications. Strong collaboration skills across engineering, UX, QA, and business teams. Hybrid working (2 days onsite, very central office).
