We are Secondary school age group alternative provision. We teach Functional Skills, I have changed accordingly:
We are looking for a passionate, dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher to join our Alternative provision. You will teach pupils who have EHCPs with predominately SEHM needs, working with very small class groups (no more than two pupils per class) to deliver high-quality, individualised teaching that supports both academic and emotional development. Students are taught Functional Skills, Entry level to Level 2. Primary school or Secondary school teachers are encouraged to apply as it is important that adults working with our students understand how to break down learning and fill gaps.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who thrives in a creative, child-centred environment where relationships, flexibility and wellbeing are at the heart of learning.
