Responsibilities
- Based in London, the Associate will participate in all transaction functions and portfolio management activities.
- Lead deal identification and profiling including detailed financial modeling, quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Develop and maintain business and industry due diligence.
- Lead deal execution including deal structuring, legal documentation, negotiations and post-closing deal monitoring.
- Monitor asset performance.
- Assist in reviewing strategic orientations of the portfolio companies.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of investment banking or private equity experience.
- Relevant deal experience in energy / industrials or related energy and infrastructure supply chain business services.
- Genuine interest in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
- Outstanding financial modeling, analytical skills, business valuation, accounting and finance.
- Additional European language is a plus but not required.
