Responsibilities

  • Based in London, the Associate will participate in all transaction functions and portfolio management activities.
  • Lead deal identification and profiling including detailed financial modeling, quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Develop and maintain business and industry due diligence.
  • Lead deal execution including deal structuring, legal documentation, negotiations and post-closing deal monitoring.
  • Monitor asset performance.
  • Assist in reviewing strategic orientations of the portfolio companies.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of investment banking or private equity experience.
  • Relevant deal experience in energy / industrials or related energy and infrastructure supply chain business services.
  • Genuine interest in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
  • Outstanding financial modeling, analytical skills, business valuation, accounting and finance.
  • Additional European language is a plus but not required.
