  • Inter Milan (2021, Credit) – Oaktree provided rescue financing into the Milan-based football club.
  • LATAM Airlines (2020, Credit) – Oaktree led and provided a $1bn+ DIP financing to LATAM Airlines as part of its Chapter 11 restructuring process.

Scope and Responsibilities

  • Creating detailed financial models and investment memoranda related to potential opportunities and existing investments;
  • Assisting in all aspects of underwriting and due diligence of investment opportunities across multiple sectors;
  • Assisting in business, market research, industry analysis, accounting and legal due diligence where applicable;
  • Assisting in monitoring and managing existing investments.

Experience required

  • Requires 1-3 years of experience with a top-tier Investment Bank, Private Equity, Restructuring Advisory Boutique, Hedge Fund or Strategy Consulting Firm across Corporate and Real Estate;
  • Demonstrated competency in financial analysis, due diligence, valuations, preparing investment memorandums and advanced financial modeling;
  • Proven ability to multi-task, understand and grasp new structures and concepts quickly.

Education

  • Bachelor(s) degree from a top university. Advanced Degree and/or Business, Finance or Economics concentration a plus.
