We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of child-led learning and child development who is committed to providing inspirational and motivational learning opportunities to support the holistic development of our youngest children.
You will hold a UK recognised Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent Early Years teaching qualification and will have previous teaching experience within an EYFS setting.
Reporting to our Assistant Headteacher - Early Years, your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering an engaging curriculum tailored to the needs of our children.
- Creating a welcoming, safe and organised learning environment.
- Building strong positive partnerships with parents and carers
- Effective collaboration with EY staff, the wider school team, Blue Kite Academy Trust and outside agencies
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent EYFS knowledge and high quality teaching skills
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- A desire to support CPD within the team and to continue their own professional development
