As a Programme Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of our various programmes. Your responsibilities include:
- Instructor/Facilitator Scheduling: Assist the team in assigning Instructors/Facilitators to 300+ weekly classes across different locations each month.
- Instructor/Facilitator Sourcing: Identify and confirm suitable Instructors/Facilitators for programmes based on client objectives and themes.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Instructors/Facilitators to ensure program success.
- Programme Briefing: Provide clear and concise instructions to Instructors/Facilitators regarding programme details.
- Programme Evaluation: Continuously evaluate and adjust programmes based on feedback from clients and affiliated companies.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance and discipline of Instructors/Facilitators, ensuring adherence to our code of conduct.
- Record-Keeping: Track and maintain updated records of incidents during events.
- Payment Verification: Verify Instructor/Facilitator logsheets at the beginning of each month for payment processing.
- Ad-Hoc Tasks: Support the Operations Manager and other Programme Coordinators with additional tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Diploma required.
- Experience: No prior work experience necessary.
- Advantage: Candidates with a background in Sports Science are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Attributes: Outspoken, meticulous, proactive, independent, and a team player.
- Availability: Candidates who can start immediately or within a short notice period will have an advantage.
