Key Responsibilities
- Perform and coordinate production module testing activities, ensuring accurate and complete test documentation.
- Perform production kitting activities, ensuring parts availability, correctness, and accuracy.
- Raise Purchase Requisitions (PR) and support Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Purchasing, Stores, Production) to ensure timely material availability.
- Support additional test activities, including bake-out, vibration testing and mechanical parts fit-check.
Requirements
- Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic.
- Experience in electronics production, including BOM handling, kitting, and product testing.
- Experience in material purchasing activities such as raising PRs, RFQs, and liaising with suppliers.
- Basic proficiency in spoken and written English to ensure clear communication and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
- Equipped with basic computer literacy, including the ability to use email and standard Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), to support day-to-day operational activities.
- Must be meticulous and detail-oriented in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
