We are seeking an experienced R&D RF Engineering Manager to lead the design, development, and optimization of RF receivers and transmitters for military-grade systems. This role involves providing technical leadership in the development of high-performance RF architectures that meet applicable military standards, including MIL-STD-461 and MIL-STD-810. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to deliver robust solutions from concept through deployment.
Be Part of Our Success
- Lead the end-to-end design of RF receivers and transmitters, including architecture definition, component integration, signal processing, and performance optimization for military communication systems.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to RF engineers, conduct design reviews, and ensure delivery in line with project schedules and budgets.
- Perform RF simulation, modeling, and validation using tools such as ADS, HFSS, and MATLAB; oversee prototyping, testing, and iterative refinement in laboratory and field environments.
- Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and compliance reports to support internal reviews and military audits.
- Identify and manage technical risks to ensure design robustness under harsh environmental conditions, including temperature extremes, vibration, and radiation.
Qualities We Value
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong expertise in RF circuit design, including mixers, oscillators, filters, amplifiers, and antennas.
- Proficiency with RF design and simulation tools such as Keysight ADS, Ansys HFSS, Cadence Virtuoso, and scripting or programming in Python or C++ for design automation.
- Working location is in Jalan Boon Lay Singaporeans only.
