Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Operational Tasks:
- Post-Show Survey Coordination: Creation and testing of the post-show survey forms. Photocopy 400-500 forms to bring to show site.
- At-Show Support: Liaising with designers and project team to ensure accuracy for onsite boards, including the Programme board, Floorplan & Exhibitor List board, and Partners Acknowledgement board. Create simple posters or table sign. Liaise with designer and printer for Lanyard orders.
- Simple Pre-Show Marketing: Producing 3-4 social media posts per week to announce exhibitors and drive audience engagement. Support enquiries from visitors or delegates.
- Data Management: Uploading the exhibitor badges list from the system backend.
- Visitor Group Registration: Uploading of group registration from the backend. For G2E, manage 40-50 group registration lists from casinos. This person must ensure accuracy by checking and filling in missing data where possible. For IBEW, handle over 30 group ticketing sales by uploading data, sending invoices, and following up on payments. Support enquiries from these visitors.
- Create SOP document: Support me and Digital Team to draw up SOPs.
