Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on HVAC, chillers, pumps, fan coils, air handling units, and associated controls.
- Inspect, test, troubleshoot and repair electrical systems: distribution panels, lighting, wiring, circuit breakers and emergency power systems.
- Respond to service requests and emergency breakdowns; diagnose faults and implement corrective actions.
- Carry out routine mechanical works: pump seals, valves, lubrication, piping checks and minor fabrications.
- Execute safety checks for emergency systems (fire pumps, generators, emergency lighting) and coordinate with contractors for major repairs.
- Keep accurate maintenance records, parts inventory usage, and prepare work reports.
- Follow permit-to-work, lockout/tagout and safe work procedures; maintain a clean, tidy work area.
Requirements
- ITE Certificate in Mechatronic or Mechanical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Computer Engineering.
- Ability to diagnose and repair complex systems.
- Able to adapt and work under tight schedule.
