Job Description
- Perform receiving, inspection, labelling, put away, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods in accordance with SOPs.
- Ensure correct handling of inventory to prevent damage, loss, or discrepancies.
- Conduct stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory checks as required.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g. pallet jacks, hand trucks; forklifts if licensed).
- Follow all workplace safety, health, and security procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned warehouse areas.
- Participate in proper shift handovers to ensure operational continuity.
- Support peak operations, overtime requirements, and urgent tasks when required.
- Assist with ad-hoc warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
