RESPONSIBILITIES
- End user support by managing and addressing IT service requests ranging from inquiries to technical troubleshooting or access-related issues.
- Facilitates Onboarding and Offboarding Employees.
- Administer Company Backend Servers, Infrastructure and Network Equipment.
- Administer Company IT Inventory (Hardware / Software / Licenses).
- Manage Company Network Security.
- Data Backup and Recovery.
- Software Deployment and Updates: Plan and execute smooth software deployment and updates to enhance system performance and contribute to overall cybersecurity measures for minimal disruption to daily operations.
- Support in IT Purchases and ensure all IT documentation is up to date.
- Support IT Manager on any ad-hoc IT project implementation.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology / Computer Science (including programming, Networking) or equivalent.
- Knowledge in areas like network security, system architecture, and project management will be preferable.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in IT administration.
- Experience in managing and supporting the following OS, Software and Hardware:
- Operating Systems: Windows Server 2008 R2, 2012 R2, 2016, HyperV Server, Windows 10, 11.
- Software: Office 2016 and above, Office365, Symantec Backup Exec, Microsoft CRM, Teamviewer, Bitlocker, Workflow etc.
- Hardware: Cisco Switch, Cisco ASA, Fortigate firewall, PABX/IP Camera, Video Conferencing Equipment.
CERTIFICATION
- CompTIA A+ and Network+.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
- Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA).
- VMware Certified Professional (VCP).
