Responsibilities
- Candidate is responsible for supporting various HR operations including:
- Handle recruitment operations such as posting of job advertisements, screening and shortlisting of candidates, interview scheduling to the on-boarding of new hires.
- Handle on-boarding and off-boarding administrative matters.
- Handle payroll runs and other payroll related administration.
- Handle leave and other leave related administration.
- Creation and maintenance of employee records in HR system.
- Support annual performance appraisal exercise and handle appraisal related queries.
- Able to help out in other operations issues.
