Responsibilities

  • Candidate is responsible for supporting various HR operations including:
  • Handle recruitment operations such as posting of job advertisements, screening and shortlisting of candidates, interview scheduling to the on-boarding of new hires.
  • Handle on-boarding and off-boarding administrative matters.
  • Handle payroll runs and other payroll related administration.
  • Handle leave and other leave related administration.
  • Creation and maintenance of employee records in HR system.
  • Support annual performance appraisal exercise and handle appraisal related queries.
  • Able to help out in other operations issues.
  • Responsible for meeting KPIs.
  • Address employees’ issues promptly.
  • Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations / applicable laws.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory regulations (e.g. CPF, IRAS).
  • Excellent communication skills, with a service-oriented approach.
  • High attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple HR tasks effectively.
