RESPONSIBILITIES
- To provide on-site service related activities at customer’s premises, including but not limited to:
- Perform corrective maintenance work on Multi-Functional Printer (MFP).
- Perform on-site service repair/troubleshooting for both Hardware and Software on MFP.
- Update of all completed Service Jobs into CRM and clearing of Parts used in SAP system.
- Machine setup (including Printer Driver installation & Setup Scanning [Email/PC]) for customer’s newly purchased MFP at customer’s premises.
- Provide administrative support to the service team, i.e. report updating, collection of payment, ordering of service parts, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- Possess GCE ‘N’, ‘O’ Level, Diploma Holder or equivalent.
- 2 to 5 years of product management experience in copier including troubleshooting of equipment.
- Possess Class 3 driving license.
- Sound IT knowledge in software.
- Strong product technical knowledge in MFP, ECR/ POS.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer Service oriented structured and organised approach with attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and make decisions, escalating where and when necessary and appropriately.
