Copier Technician (Printer Maint, Class 3 Licence) JAC in Penarth

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To provide on-site service related activities at customer’s premises, including but notlimited to:-
• Perform corrective maintenance work on Multi-Functional Printer (MFP).
• Perform on-site service repair/troubleshooting for both Hardware and Software on MFP.
• Update of all completed Service Jobs into CRM and clearing of Parts used in SAP system.
• Machine setup (including Printer Driver installation & Setup Scanning [Email/PC]) forcustomer’s newly purchased MFP at customer’s premises.
• Provide administrative support to the service team, i.e. report updating, collection of payment, ordering of service parts, and etc.

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess GCE ‘N’, ‘O’ Level, Diploma Holder or equivalent.
• 2 to 5 years of product management experience in copier including troubleshooting of equipment.
• Possess Class 3 driving license.
• Sound IT knowledge in software.
• Strong product technical knowledge in MFP, ECR/ POS.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer Service oriented structured and organised approach with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and make decisions, escalating where and when necessarily and appropriately.
