Job Scope
- Process claim application
- Checks for disbursement
- Exception handling and refunds
- Attend to escalated enquiries on claims
- Collation of data / information / statistics for regular reporting
- Provide administrative support
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned
Requirements
- At least Diploma holder
- 1 to 2 years of working experience (preferably) in processing claims, disbursement and refund
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Must uphold strong code of work ethics and confidentiality of information
- Detailed and meticulous
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially in using MS Excel
