Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales Leadership
    • Develop and execute annual sales plans to meet or exceed revenue and gross profit targets.

  • Team Management & Coaching

    • Set clear KPIs for the team, from purchase order processing to arrangement of goods delivery.
    • Conduct regular field visits along with sales support team to provide on-the-job coaching and strengthen client ties.
  • Inventory & Operations Alignment
    • Work closely with the Parts Operation Team & Group Procurement to ensure "fast-movers" are always in stock while minimizing "dead stock."
    • Manage key supplier relationship to negotiate better bulk pricing and priority shipping.
    • Work with Technical Competence & Warranty Team to oversee the warranty claims and returns process to maintain high customer satisfaction and minimal financial loss.
  • Digital & CRM Integration
    • Work along with IT/Parts Operation Team to implement SAP S4 Hana for Parts Sales Team.
    • Utilize CRM software (like Salesforce) to track customer lifecycles and pipeline health.

    • Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of automotive systems (internal combustion, hybrid, and electric vehicle components).
