Responsibilities
- Preparation of directors’ resolutions in writing for change of directors, interim dividends, transfer of shares, etc.
- Preparation of routine documents for Annual General Meeting and filing of Annual Returns with ACRA.
- Managing and leading the secretarial team and overseeing its day-to-day operation.
- Updating and maintenance of statutory registers and minutes book.
- Drafting of letters to clients/banks/auditors/lawyers.
- Meeting with clients and providing advice over the phone or email.
- Possess knowledge of Companies Act and bizfiling with ACRA.
- Preparation of corporate documents to incorporate Singapore or offshore companies under tight deadlines.
Requirements
- ICSA advantageous.
- 5 years relevant corporate secretarial experience handling local & offshore companies (no listed companies required) with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role in a local corporate secretarial/professional service firm.
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge in XBRL filing.
