Responsibilities

  • Supports the Logistics Manager in daily logistics operations.
  • Liaison with Warehouse, Transporters and various departments on physical stock collection, delivery, guilty stocks status, etc.
  • Liaison with forwarders for cargo clearance from port.
  • Preparation and submission of cargo insurance claims.
  • Monitoring and tracking of all the Return Inward (RI) and Loan Goods (LG) status to ensure timely collection.
  • Processing of logistics documentation including but not limited to Material Issue (MI), Material Transfer (MT), Exchange Order (EO), Delivery Note (DN), LG, etc.
  • Creation and maintenance of Material Master (MM) in SAP system.
  • Collate and reconcile Goods Receipt Note (GRN) and post into SAP system.
  • Process and review Electronics Data Inter-change (EDI) data received and update sales amount into SAP system.
  • Ensure all logistics documentations are in compliance with the company processes and properly stored.
  • Handle all enquiries in relation to warehousing logistics and delivery matters.
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned by Logistics Manager and Management.

Requirements

  • Possess Diploma in Logistics.
