This is a senior finance role with real influence. As Chief Officer - Finance & Performance at Rugby Borough Council, you'll sit at the heart of how decisions are made, helping shape strategy, support change, and ensure the council remains financially sustainable for the long term.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will play a key role in guiding the Council through a period of change. About the Role
